What to expect in the Complimentary session?
Honest conversation from you and active listening from your Coach!
It's important in this session to to appreciate your unique story and establish what you are seeking from coaching . Assuming you are ready to embark on a coaching journey of change, following this Complimentary session, the Coach will devise and send through a tailored program for your review and feedback. This will include costs and a Coaching Contract which lays out all the finer details.
What happens if I need to cancel or re-arrange a planned session?
Unplanned events happen and of course we are flexible to accomodate any re-scheduling! Please ensure to give 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Refer to your Coaching Contract for details.
What do I need to do in a coaching session?
Relax! Your session is confidential and a judgement-free environment. There will be lot's of questions designed to appreciate your situation. The Coach may make a few notes and may also ask you to jot down any agreed activities to do before the next session.
What qualifications does my Coach have?
Your Coach will have a Life Coaching qualification as well as certifications in specific techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy TM, Career Development and Management. They may also specialise in High Performing Teams, Kids Coaching and Hypnosis.
